  • Most people break under certain circumstances, but that’s when the building starts. Once all the bricks fall to the ground our recovery process begins.

  • At our center wer’e here to rebuild with the proper blueprint brick by brick. Let’s explore encouraging Messiah-like traits.

  • We have power to change our thinking from childhood trauma. There is no need to blame mom & dad. Our prefrontal cortex is where we make decisions.

  • Children throw tantrums when they can’t get their way. We’ll show you a better way! Anger isn’t the answer, but learning new coping mechanisms do help decrease strong feelings while welcoming new emotions. We don’t reward bad decisions nor do we highlight them. Instead we retrain the mind to behave properly so as to invite solid peaceful change.
